  • ​Traditionally, we receive most donations (70%) through the weekly offering gathered in worship. Some of our members worship with us online, so we have alternative ways to receive those gifts. Thank you in advance for giving generously!​In addition to giving cash or cheques in person at the church, we would like to encourage people to also consider giving in alternative ways such as:
    • Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) – Your offering is automatically debited from your bank-account on the 1st business day of each month. Please consider signing up if you haven’t already. Download the form here. Please send the filled out, completed and signed form along with a copy of a Void Cheque to: frs@immanuellutheran.ca, or you can drop it off at the church office (20 Rocky Mountain Blvd W, Lethbridge).
    • E-transfer – Please send all e-transfers to admin@immanuellutheran.ca along with a brief memo describing the use of funds and any other applicable information. Thanks!
    • Mail – You can mail in your offering (cheque is preferred over cash) to the church or you may phone the church office (403-327-4336) to arrange for someone to personally pick up your offering

Income Tax receipt information

  • Has your contact information or status changed? If so, please contact the church to assure that we have your current information on file. Email: admin@immanuellutheran.ca
  • An official receipt for an accumulated minimum donation of $20.00 per calendar year is issued in January of the year following.
  • Receipts are addressed to the last known location in our files.
  • E-mail receipts are now available. If we have an email address for you, it will be emailed to you, unless you indicate that you prefer a hard copy.
  • Receipts for donation from outside the local area are emailed or mailed directly.
  • Donors who request a hard copy and have a mail slot at the church will be able to pick them up when convenient.
  • Receipts not picked up will be mailed during the last week of February.
  • Arrangements for mailing before then may be made anytime by contacting the church office or email to: frs@immanuellutheran.ca
